According to Nissan, it was its Smyrna Vehicle Assembly Plant in Tennessee. The plant, which launched on June 16, 1983, produced 334,082 vehicles during the frst half. Vehicles manufactured at Smyrna on its two production lines are the Nissan Altima, Maxima, Pathfnder, LEAF, Rogue, and Infniti QX60. Notably, when the output from Smyrna during the frst half of 2014 is compared with the period from January to June 2013, the increase is 40.5%. p According to Nissan, during the frst half of 2014, its plant in Smyrna, Tennessee, produced more vehicles than any other plant in North America.
