Two powerful yet cost-effective UR10 robots are helping the
Nissan Yokohama Plant manufacture engines, axles, and motors
– saving money and improving worker ergonomics. Process
time overruns were forcing the use of relief workers to keep up
with demand. Now, the robots work beside workers on multiple
processes, moving up to 6kg and solving the overrun problem.
